Software Co., Ltd. will in most cases deliver purchased software
electronically via Download or via e-mail with the exemption
from boxed or CD products which is delivered via regular mail
or courier.
Due to risk of viruses and other problems, we do not accept
any return on software delivered via e-mail, nor via post
or TNT Express. Our return policies for electronically and
e-mail delivered software is that no refund will be accepted
within after purchase.
However, within 30 days after purchase, if a shipped packaging
or printed materials or the CD itself is damaged, we will
send you a new set or offer a refund of 70% of the purchasing
price less cost of shipment. For returned goods, the purchaser
must stand for and pay for all freight charges..
Refund
will be accepted one working day after we have received and
inspected the returned goods. Confirmation on refund will
be sent via e-mail.
Before
you send the goods in return, you must complete the CONTACT
form with a short description of your reason for returning
the goods and we will then send you a Tracking Number that
we will use as a reference for your case.
Refund
on purchases made by credit cards will be refunded to the
credit card account only. Purchase made on PayPal will be
refunded to your PayPal account and purchases made by Bank
to Bank transfer or paid by Cheque will be refunded as Bank
to Bank transfer less bank charges.
